Returns and refunds
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return an item for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order, providing it is unworn, with labels still attached and in the original packaging.
This only applies to standard sized items without any bespoke customisations.
To initiate your refund please do the following:
Email us at info@shoreandpine.com to notify us of your refund request.
We will respond with a returns label for you to stick on your package, which you must then pay for at the post office. We cannot be held liable for the cost of your return.
Please pack the item/s you want to return in their original packaging with the return address label over the original.
Please also include a note with your order number, name, date and reason for your return.
If your item/s are received in their original state, unworn and with tags you should expect your refund to reach you within 3-7 working days of us receiving your parcel.
Bespoke
You can request to order any of our items as bespoke. Meaning if we don’t hold a size of the style you would like (e.g. slip dress) or you have fabric that you would like made in to one of our styles, we may be able to accomodate you. Please bear in mind, emailing us about a bespoke order is not a confirmation. It is purely an initial enquiry. We cannot guarantee we will accept all enquiries, but we will do our best to!
Bespoke orders are not confirmed until payment has been made.
Bespoke orders may take up to 3 weeks from order confirmation. This is because we have a very small team working behind the scenes on all products and we want to make sure each piece is perfect - including yours!
Bespoke orders cannot be returned.
Delivery
We charge a flat rate of £3.99 for our delivery on most products. This is because we are a new small business and each order gets lovingly made and sent out by hand. We do however run offers where you can get discount off your order or free delivery for limited time periods. So please watch out for these.
